Henderson Family Christmas

On Saturday we headed to the booming ; ) town of Spottsvegas (Spottsville) for Christmas with the Ford Family. Mom had done her Christmas baking as usual - Yum, yum! We had sugar cookies, Mexican wedding cakes, peanut butter balls, ginger cookies, date cookies, bourbon balls, rum balls, and more! Kevin got there on Sunday morning. They were so excited to see their Uncle KK! My step-brother, Clint had Christmas dinner at his house this year. It was really nice because he has a little more room for all the family. He had a wonderful ham and all the trimmings. Mom made her famous sweet potatoe casserole that everyone requests and also some Braided Bread of Berne. Mmm, mmm, good! We ate till we were sick! After gift giving, we gathered around the Wii that Clint got for Christmas. It started with the young'uns testing it out and playing against each other. They played baseball, bowling, golf, tennis, and then boxing. It ended with even some of the adults boxing! It was a lot of fun and hilarious to watch them bouncing, swinging, and punching. Mom had to work Christmas Eve Day, so we headed back home to Paducah. Kevin came back with us because he loves spending Christmas with the boys.
