Caleb's TKD Exhibition

Caleb had a TKD Exhibition in Louisville this past weekend. It wasn't a competition, just a show. The 4 different Hwang's TKD dojangs in Louisville performed, as well as Caleb's dojang in Paducah.

March TKD Belt Test

Caleb had another belt test this past weekend in Tae Kwon Do. I had to work again, of course. He did a great job and is now an orange belt with red stripe. Ben videoed while fighting off Cody's antics the whole time. Enjoy the clips.

Fun in Henderson

We went to Henderson this weekend to visit Grandmom and Papaw. Unfortunately it was a cold weekend, so we didn't get out much. We had a great visit though. It is always wonderful to catch up on life in person. Ben and Bill had fun at the shooting range practicing for their Texas hog hunt coming up in April. They also made their mandatory trip to Rural King (the 'Target' for country boys).
Paige came over to play with her cousins and got to spend the night too. They played legos, colored pictures, pretended they were Ben 10 characters, and played board games. Lots of squealing, giggling, and running all over the house. Mom said she wished she had a basement like we do. It would probably make it easier on the Grands who aren't used to noisy, rowdy children. But overall they were very well-behaved.

Paige read the boys their bedtime stories. They must have all been tired because they all fell asleep pretty quickly.

Isn't she a cutie! Don't let the pink girly look fool you- she can wrestle and rough house just as well as the boys.

Chillin with the Nintendos.

They were snuggling with Grandmom after playing outside for over an hour. They didn't mind the cold and we thought the fresh air was good for them after being cooped up all weekend. Mom and I kept checking on them and saw they were exploring the yard. Poking around the flower beds, discovering things in the grass, chasing each other, playing hide and seek. Right after this photo, we discovered that the kids had thrown driveway gravel all over the backyard (not good for lawnmowers), while innocently playing outside. Must have had a hayday at it because it took them about 30 minutes to pick it all up. Never a dull moment!
